IPG Media Lab partnered with Hershey to test new interactive packaging technology with a unique branded experience for TAKE5. The goal was to increase brand engagement and conversation through music and the remix.

Using Novalia’s conductive ink the Lab, in partnership with Barkley, created playable Take 5 packaging – called the Take5 Remixer. The box was fitted with various inputs and sound loops that allowed consumers to mix beats with built-in speakers.

The device was launched at Hotel Thrillist in New Orleans at the TAKE5 branded pool party where more than 500 remixer were distributed to influential guests.
