ZIMA Chatbot

ZIMA is back and getting super chatty on Messenger!
ZIMA is a clear malt beverage popular in the 90's. For summer 2017, MillerCoors brought the cult beverage back for a limited run and wanted to amplify the release and learn about the ways customers want to interact with brands.

Build pre-launch buzz to remind Gen X’ers that Zima is back and to inspire Millennial to try it. As a part of the MillerCoors Incubator initiative, the objective was to evaluate chat as a tool to increase brand engagement, boost earned media and provide access to consumer data and opinions.
